I've tried a new SAPCAR.EXE file, place the SAPCAR.EXE in the System32 directory. I have not been able to get past the 41% install mark because of an EXTRACTDB ExecuteCheck:0 Exit Code from SAPCAR.exe 100, EXTRACTDB InternalInstallationDO:0 Phase failed, EXTRACTDB InstallationDO:0 Installation aborted.
